Netherlands: On December 18th the Dutch government announced a total lockdown applicable from Sunday December 19. Herewith, we have to make some adjustments in our services.

B2B parcel delivery

Due to the closing of non-essential shops all DPD Classic parcels, meaning parcels to a business address, will have 1 delivery attempt. When delivery cannot be completed the parcel will return to the sending party immediately. 

Pickup parcelshops

Parcels that are currently in a Pickup Parcelshop that is closed will be picked up by DPD and delivered to another parcel shop in the vicinity. All applicable receivers will be informed through notifications accordingly.

Delays

Because of the new measures implemented and the upcoming holidays we expect additional volumes in our network. Tirelessly we are working hard to process all parcels in time, however, we are unable to exclude delays, please take those in consideration.

DPD Latvia: emergency situation declared 11.10.2021-11.01.2021. Shops open on Green-pass regime 06:00h - 21:00. On weekends only essential goods shops are available.
