We are aware that emails fraudulently using the SEUR brand, its logo and even its web address,, have been emailed to Internet buyers in an attempt to defraud customers.

These emails make reference to certain items acquired over the internet, requesting payment for their sale by wire or bank deposit and promising delivery once the payment has been made.

It is important to be aware that SEUR does not offer either wire transfer or bank deposits as a payment method.

For this reason we advise that if you receive a request for a wire transfer or bank deposit via email, or any other means, for products purchased over the internet from a company claiming to be SEUR then it is likely to be a scam.  Should you encounter this situation or be in doubt about the authenticity of any communication sent by SEUR, kindly contact us through our Customer Service line on 902 50 20 80.

SEUR has taken the necessary steps to pursue those responsible for this attempted fraud. Remember that user prevention is the best measure when faced with suspicious communication.
